Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world. JOEM is strong and market leader especially in 2 Wheeler segment.

Electrification/ICE Project Manager for JOEM customer
Your tasks will be:
- Electrification Project manager for Controller and Motor
- Customer interface responsible for overall project management
- Launch Management and plant coordination
- Organize and facilitating internal and external project meetings
- Change Management
- Project budget planning and cost controlling

- „母国語レベルの日本語および英語のスキル
- 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験                                                                       - Project Management skill or certificate

- 目標意識が高い事、チームワーク尊重

- Good Communication skills with customers, as well as Bosch internally
- Knowledge of Bosch processes
- Experience in sales / project management
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills
- Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers
- Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred)                            - Project Management skill or certificate
- Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
